Jonathan Ouellet Awarded APS Dissertation Award

Jonathan Ouellet, Berkeley Physics Ph.D. 2015, has been awarded the 2017 Dissertation Award in Nuclear Physics by the American Physical Society:

"For his outstanding contributions to the search for neutrinoless double beta decay of 130Te, and setting a new limit on its decay half-life, at the Cryogenic Underground Observatory for Rare Events in Gran Sasso, Italy." 

The award was bestowed at the DNP meeting in Vancouver, Canada on Saturday, Oct 15. Read more about the award on the APS website.
