All Physics Department rooms are for Physics Department use only. Reservations are subject to approval on a first-come, first-served, case-by-case, basis. The department may prioritize events based on departmental needs, academic importance, or alignment with department goals. Reservations are contingent on Campus and/or State guidelines at the time of the event. If the event is not department-sanctioned, and the hosting group is a registered student organization, the students should reserve space through Student Affairs. Non-department affiliates should contact the manager of the space directly for reservation requests.
All requests for room reservations are subject to approval and must adhere to the following policies linked here
Who Can Reserve Rooms:
- Department Senate Faculty or Professional Employees (Faculty, Staff, Research Units): All faculty, staff, and research unit representatives can reserve rooms for academic, administrative or research meeting purposes.
- Physics Students: Physics declared undergraduate majors and registered graduate students enrolled in our PhD program. Registered student organizations should reserve space through Student Affairs if they are not affiliated with the department.
