Payroll, Human Resources, Research Administration and Purchasing support is provided by a shared services organization centered at the College of Engineering, The Engineering Research Support Organization (ERSO).
Staff are actively involved in our Physics community. They participate in CalDay and in our classrooms as lab assistants. They run their own equity and inclusion organization (Physics Staff for Action on Racial Justice) and provide care and mentoring to our students.
